Our New & Improved Onvio Client Portal

Secure online access to your tax documents and file sharing with Jamison & Associates, CPAs.

What is the Onvio Client Portal?

Jamison & Associates, CPAs has rolled out the Onvio Client Portal as our new secure portal for all clients. Each client receives an email invitation from Onvio to register their account. Once registered, you can use the portal to send us your tax documents and we will use it to send you electronic copies of your returns, as well as store our own documents.

How it works

1

Watch for your email invitation

Each client receives a secure email from Onvio inviting you to register your account.

2

Create your login

Follow the link in the email to set your password and sign in to the Onvio Client Portal.

3

Upload your documents

Use the portal to send us your tax documents securely at any time.

4

Access your returns

We use Onvio to deliver electronic copies of your returns and store key documents.

Already using Onvio?

If you already have an Onvio login, you can use the Log In to Onvio Client Portal button at the top of this page to go straight to the sign in screen.

Transition from ShareFile

We are transitioning from ShareFile to Onvio. ShareFile will remain available for a period of time while we migrate its contents, but all new document uploads and deliveries will take place in Onvio going forward. If you are unsure which system to use, please start with Onvio or contact our office.

Need help getting started?

If you have questions about your invitation email, logging in, or accessing documents, please contact our office and we will be glad to assist you.
