Meet Our People
Gail Jamison
Gail graduated from Franklin University in April 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in accounting. She started working for a large, local CPA firm right out of college. While there, she helped business owners with their accounting records, prepared and reviewed business and individual income tax returns, trained new accountants, and assisted in audits of businesses.
She started working at her current firm in 1988 continuing to help businesses with their accounting needs, preparing and reviewing business and individual income tax returns, and preparing estate and trust income tax returns. She purchased the firm in 1998 and is currently the sole owner.
She enjoys helping her clients understand their accounting and tax situations (as much as anyone can understand taxes). The friendships built up over the years with her clients have been rewarding. Her calm demeanor helps take away the stress and worries of her clients.
Memberships include Ohio Society of CPA’s, American Institute of CPA’s, CPANetwork (serves as Secretary), Westerville Chamber of Commerce, Genoa Township Business Association (offices held include Treasurer and President), and Greater Galena Civic Association (served as Treasurer).
In her spare time, she enjoys getting together with family members and being the crew person for her husband when he’s drag racing.

Jim All
Jim All has been a licensed CPA since January 2006. Jim graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a degree in business administration majoring in accounting. Jim first started with the firm in June of 1997, as a high school senior, through participation in a school co-op program. Jim gained experience working for the firm part-time throughout his time at Ohio State, and then accepted a position with the firm after graduation. Jim sat for what was at the time, the new computerized CPA exam, in late 2004 and early 2005 and was able to pass all four parts on the first attempt.
Jim has worked with many of our clients over the years, preparing tax returns, conducting tax planning for both individuals & businesses, assisting and overseeing accounting software implementation, training, and support, and many other projects. The part of this profession that Jim finds the most fun (and challenging) is the scope – working with so many different individuals and businesses, in various industries, on a broad range of financial-related issues. The long-term relationship that we have an opportunity to form with our clients is what he enjoys the most. Jim and his wife have three young children that keep them pretty busy. When not spending time with them, he enjoys running, biking, golf, and an unhealthy addiction to Chicago sports teams.
Lynn All
Lynn All is our office manager and has been with the firm for over 10 years. From tax season to tax season, Lynn has the ability to remember most faces and names, giving clients a warm welcome as they enter our doors. In addition to carrying out vital administrative office duties, she also prepares individual taxes and payroll taxes. Lynn is also an experienced QuickBooks user, providing bookkeeping services to many of our business clients. She is skilled in marketing and graphic design and creates all of our advertisements and newsletters. She and her husband, of 37 years have four wonderful children with families of their own now, subsequently blessing them with seven beautiful grandchildren. Her family life flows over into the work place as she has the distinct pleasure of working every day with her son, Jim All.
In her spare time she enjoys singing, playing guitar and drums. She and her husband were professional musicians for over 20 years in Chicago until they relocated to Westerville back in 1994.
